The agreement

Figgy uses Apple's standard license agreement for apps. You can read it here: Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

The notes below explain a few things about how Figgy works.

Prices are estimates

Figgy shows prices from your store or from U.S. averages. Prices can change, and items can sell out. Your real total at the store may be different.

Food and health

Figgy is not medical or diet advice. Nutrition numbers are estimates.

Figgy leaves out recipes that use foods you say you can't eat. It can't promise a recipe or product is free of them. Always check the labels.

Subscription

Figgy Plus renews each month until you cancel. You can cancel any time in your iPhone's Settings, under your name, then Subscriptions. Apple handles refunds.

Stores

Kroger and Ralphs are not part of Figgy and don't endorse it. Store and product names belong to their owners.
